About Imperium Card: The Second Punic War, from BoardGameGeek:
Imperium Card: The Second Punic War is a historical strategy card game set during the conflict between Rome and Carthage (218–201 BCE). Players take command of opposing powers, deploying historical leaders, armies, and cities to contest control of the Mediterranean world.

The game emphasizes strategic planning over randomness, rewarding careful sequencing and long-term military objectives.
