About Ludicurrus, from BoardGameGeek:

Welcome to Ludicurrus! The vibrant, fast-paced chariot racing board game that hurls you straight into the chaos of the Circus Maximus! Every turn is a gamble in the hands of the gods - will they bless your ambition, or curse you back to your last checkpoint? With push-your-luck mechanics, daring manoeuvres, and a healthy dash of absurdity, no two races are ever the same. Win ambrosia to unlock divine powers, unleash gladiators to sabotage rivals, or send wild beasts charging onto the track. So grab the reins, embrace the madness, and prepare for a ludicrous battle of speed and wit! -description from the publisher
