About Frenzy Falls, from BoardGameGeek:

On a turn, play a card from your hand face-down into one of the Pools in the middle of the table. Each card modifies the water value in that Pool, and if the combined water value ever meets or exceeds 10, the Pool spills over and chaos ensues. Try to predict the cards your opponents will play, while outwitting them with your own cards. Each card you play has some amount of influence and when a Pool spills over, the player with the most influence in that Pool wins a Score card that is worth points at the end of the game. Some cards also have actions that might bump adjacent cards into different Pools, or let you swap a card from your hand and steal the Score card at the last second! After the Score cards run out, players add up their points and the player with the most points from their Score cards wins.
