About Tembo Tiles, from BoardGameGeek:

The Great African Migration is underway, and everyone from elephants and snakes to giraffes and gazelle are on the move. In Tembo Tiles, players simultaneously flip hexagon tiles and add them to a shared, ever-growing herd spreading out from a central watering hole. Each player is assigned an animal and a color. On each flip, a tile must be placed adjacent to a matching color or animal already in the herd. Players build chains strategically while looking for opportunities to break up opponents' progress. Crocodile tiles are placed on top of existing tiles to disrupt chains, and lion tiles act as wilds. With no turn order, everyone plays at once, creating a fast and chaotic scramble. When all 216 tiles have been flipped and placed, the player with the largest connected chains wins. -description from the publisher
