About 代われそのジョブ (Take Over That Job), from BoardGameGeek:
Take Over That Job is a 4-player cooperative trick-taking game for experienced players, where the challenge doesn't reset between rounds - it moves.
There is no redealing. After each round, players pass their entire hand to the next player, along with the remaining victory conditions. Each hand must successfully achieve exactly 2 to 5 tricks, once each, over the course of the game. Once a victory count is used, it's gone for good.
The game starts as a must-follow trick-taking game with no trump, but gradually evolves as bonuses (such as added trumps) are earned to make the impossible possible. Communication is limited: cards are sometimes played face down, making intentions ambiguous and reading the table essential.
What seems manageable quickly becomes tense and memorable: “How did you keep this hand to only two tricks?”
“With this hand, five tricks is brutal!”
Victory is shared, failure is collective - and mastery of trick-taking is required.
