Watch “Solo Racing Games Don't Get Better Than This | Heat Pedal to the Metal Solo Mode Check,” a board game review on BoardGameVideo.
Description provided by Boardgaymergirl on YouTube:
Heat: Pedal to the Metal has a solo mode — some might say it's "Legendary" - and it might just be the MOST satisfying solo racing board game experience yet. In this Solo Mode Check, I break down how Heat plays with one player, whether the Legendary bot system actually holds up without a table full of people, and if this F1-inspired racing game is worth a spot on your solo shelf.
Hello there and welcome to the Boardgaymergirl channel! If you are new here, my name is Natalie and I like to play board games primarily solo which may or may not include some silly antics. Today we are diving into the exciting world of "Heat: Pedal to the Metal," a fantastic racing game addition to my tabletop gaming collection, especially since I'm currently obsessed with formula 1. This board game provides a thrilling motorsport experience that I'm eager to share, offering plenty of solo board gaming fun.
But, as always in my solo mode check series, I look to uncover whether a multiplayer games solo mode is worthy of your shelf space and hard earned money if you were to ONLY ever play the game solo.. and that's is what I get into for this episode.

About Heat: Pedal to the Metal, from BoardGameGeek:
Based on simple and intuitive hand management, Heat: Pedal to the Metal puts players in the driver's seat of intense car races, jockeying for position to cross the finish line first, while managing their car's speed if they don't want to overheat. Selecting the right upgrades for their car will help them hug the curves and keep their engine cool enough to maintain top speeds. Ultimately, their driving skills will be the key to victory!
Drivers can compete in a single race or use the "Championship System" to play a whole season in one game night, customizing their car before each race to claim the top spot of the podium. They have to be careful as the weather, road conditions, and events will change every race to spice up their championship. Players can also enjoy a solo mode with the Legends Module or add automated drivers as additional opponents in multiplayer games.
