Six Ways Wyrmspan Improves Upon Wingspan (for our tastes!)

Description provided by ThinkerThemer on YouTube:

Taking a non-fantasy game and making it fantasy? We were dubious for sure, and were convinced that Wingspan would be our preferred game over Wyrmspan. However, as we talk through in the video, the subtle changes and added layers to the gameplay have really made this a hit at our table. Is it right for you? We hope our discussion of what works / doesn't work for us helps you to figure that out. Thanks for watching! Thanks for stopping by! We're Amy & Maggie aka ThinkerThemer. We're an Australian couple with two very different perspectives of what makes a great board game - Amy (Thinker) is all about the mechanics and enjoys tight, competitive games, and Maggie (Themer) is all about the storytelling and the theme of the game, and the 'world' that the designer is trying to create. Subscribe to our channel to hear us talk about these two elements of a game, and how well integrated we feel these are in delivering a cohesive and wonderful game experience. #boardgames #tabletopgames #thinkerthemer ❤🏳️‍🌈🇦🇺
