Shatterfields - Game overview #4 Tactical actions

About Shatterfields, from BoardGameGeek:

Shatterfields brings the spirit of classic early2000s RTS games to the tabletop, transforming the thrill of building a base from nothing, racing up your tech tree, and unleashing the perfect counterforce into a physical, highly tactical experience. Set in a collapsing nearfuture where corporations wage brutal microwars over dwindling resources, every match begins with the same setup and evolves into constantly varying battles for dominance, shaped entirely by your strategic choices. As your forces expand, the battlefield becomes a sharp contest of timing, positioning, and composition, where every clash matters and the right unit can overturn overwhelming odds. Reactive combat keeps all players engaged, streamlined line of sight keeps the action fast, and four distinct maps offer varied tactical challenges. -description from the publisher
