Watch “Shady Lady New Game from the creator of Nana/TRIO Teach & Review,” a board game review for Shady Lady from Circat on BoardGameVideo.
Description provided by Circat on YouTube:
This slick card game is here to bring bluffing, deduction, and poker-like hand reveals to your game nights. This new title is from designer Kaya Miyano, who is known for TRIO/Nana, a game which won numerous awards such as the UK Expo Best Card Award, and was in the Spiel des Jahres 2024 Recommendations. Shady Lady, similar to TRIO, is an easy entry-level card game that you can teach super quickly. I had missed this one at the Tokyo Game Market, but I managed to get my hands on it.

In this channel I showcase a lot of board games from Japan. Trick-taking games, card games, board games, small box games, and even ones that sometimes only have rules in Japanese. I am here to help bring these games to the English-speaking world and showcase what Japan's board game scene has to offer.
