This week I've been playing a preview copy of the print and play board game “Rook & Ruin”. This is a deck-builder game that has you controlling the White King with chess moves as you explore a dungeon and try to defeat the Black King. In this video I give a brief overview of the game and play through a full game. This is a preview copy pre-Gamefound so some elements may change. Game provided by the game designer for this video. Eagle-eyed viewers (thanks) spotted that when I circled my Rook, I "turned" it into a Knight. Opps. That might have saved me at the end (or I should have collected a shield to escape the doorway).
