Riftbound: League of Legends TCG Learn To Play ft. Good Time Society

Description provided by Riftbound on YouTube:

Learn to play Riftbound: League of Legends Trading Card game utilizing cards from the Proving Grounds box set. NOTE: Oops! We made a misplay! Olivia's Firestorm spell went through changes during game development that removed the "Action" ability. That ability is what allows it to be played in a showdown, so in your own games, this play won't be allowed. In Riftbound, your favorite League champs jump off the screen and into your hands! Join your old friends on a new battlefield, one that rewards skill and dedication like no other. Face off in dramatic 1v1s, daring 3 and 4 person free-for alls, or up the stakes in a 2v2 team match. Collect and build your collection to unlock countless ways to play. So grab your crew, craft your deck, and dive into your next game night adventure! In this video, Becca Scott of The Good Time Society takes you through the ins and outs of Riftbound, walking you through the goals of the game, the cards you’ll use to win, and explains different play formats. 00:00 Intro 00:46 How To Win 01:41 10 Cards, Runes, & Battlefields 02:25 Champion Legends 04:43 Units 06:02 Chosen Champion 07:14 Spells 08:27 Gear 09:02 Runes 11:05 Battlefields 11:53 Keywords 12:35 The Board (Setting Up A Game) 15:09 Key Terms 17:03 Turns & Play 19:11 Action Phase 19:45 End of Turn 20:09 Example Gameplay 21:15 Conquering 22:14 Spells in Combat 23:52 Showdowns 28:08 The Chain (Showdowns) 29:56 Abilities 30:58 Might 32:37 Ending a Game 33:57 Modes of Play 34:50 Multiplayer 35:02 3-Player FFA 35:42 Multiplayer Showdowns 38:08 4-Player Formats 39:19 4-Player FFA 38:39 2v2 Teams 41:00 Summary Hungry for more?
