There are over 100 ways to score points. Players may use a variety of strategies and every game of Point Salad is unique! Cards come in six different types of veggies, and the back of each card has a different scoring method. So for instance, one scoring method may award 2 points for every carrot you have, but deduct a point for every onion. By drafting combinations of veggies and point cards that work for your strategy, you can amass the most points and win. —description from the publisher AWARDS & HONORS 2021 Spiel des Jahres Recommended 2021 GEEKS d'OURO Best Family/Party Board Game of the Year Nominee 2020 UK Games Expo Best New Card Game (General) Nominee 2020 Origins Awards Best Card Game Winner 2020 Origins Awards Best Card Game Nominee 2020 Nederlandse Spellenprijs Best Family Game Winner 2020 Nederlandse Spellenprijs Best Family Game Nominee 2020 JUGuinho Families Game of the Year Finalist 2020 Gioco dell’Anno Nominee 2020 American Tabletop Casual Games Recommended 2020 5 Seasons Best International Card Game Winner 2020 5 Seasons Best International Card Game Nominee 2019 Meeples' Choice Nominee 2019 Golden Geek Best Family Board Game Nominee 2019 Golden Geek Best Card Game Nominee 2019 Cardboard Republic Socializer Laurel Nominee 2019 Board Game Quest Awards Best Family Game Nominee
