Watch “Place workers, travel the world, and buy more stocks in Pan Am than your friends (Board Game Review),” a board game review for Pan Am on BoardGameVideo.
Description provided by The Board & Barrel on YouTube:
In Pan Am from Prospero Hall and Funko Games, you'll build airplanes, put them to work flying from one city to another, and eventually try to sell as much of your fledgling airline's infrastructure to Pan American Global Airways as possible, all to accomplish one simple task: own more Pan Am stocks than anyone else at the table. The theme of helping to build up the Pan Am global travel empire throughout the late 20s, 30s, 40s, and 60s is an oddly fitting disguise for what is, at its core, Capitalism: The Board Game. Classified by some as a spiritual successor to Ticket to Ride, Pan Am delivers exactly what it sets out to deliver: a worker placement Euro-style game with several different paths to score more points than your opponents. A little outside the box for a Prospero Hall game, but it's solid!
