About Phasers vs Grazers — from BoardGameGeek:
You are leading the alien expedition stationed in the pastures of the Midwest. While exploring the land, you and your alien crew discover a new species of life - the cow. Your crew wants to bring all the grazing beasts they can back to your mothership and learn what makes them moo. The problem is, cows are large creatures. Only the mothership's central tractor beam can abduct the cows. If you don't want to risk losing a cow during the abduction process, send an alien team member to the ship's three outer pod bays for backup. Players win the game by scoring exactly 21 points. Points are scored by having pucks picked up by the mothership. Each player has four pucks. The pucks are dual sided with cow spots on one side and alien eyes on the other. Each alien returned to the ship is worth one point. Each cow abducted is worth three points. Each round of the game has three parts. Land the mothership, return to the ship, and depart earth. Land the mothership - The first player slides the mothership across the playing surface from their choice of location. This location is where each player's puck will be slid from. Return to the ship - Players take turns sliding their pucks at the mothership. Once all pieces have been slid, prepare to depart earth. Depart earth - Each player has one opportunity to pick up and slide the mothership from where the first player slid from, in an attempt to recover lost cows or aliens. Round play repeats until one player scores exactly 21 points. If a player goes over 21 they are set back to 15 points. -description from designer
