Opium Wars is a multi-player, area-based and card-driven board game simulating East Asia conflicts between 1839 and the beginning of World War I or the 1911 revolution. There are up to 5 players: the Chinese rebels, Qing China, Japan, France-Russia and England. The Game is played in 7 turns, made of several card play rounds each. Players have different ways of gaining victory points, through conquering or keeping areas, establishing and growing trade as well as other unique goals.
