Nippon: Zaibatsu - Trailer

Description provided by CrowdGames on YouTube:

Together with the designers, we are celebrating its tenth anniversary with a new edition, Nippon: Zaibatsu. All the core mechanisms of the original Nippon are still there, but many gameplay features are reworked (significantly in some cases) to get the game in line with modern trends. Also, the game now has an automa-driven solo mode. About Nippon Nippon is a classic Eurogame set during the Meiji era of Japan's industrial revolution. Each player takes control of a zaibatsu – a powerful conglomerate that rises to dominate the Japanese economy. As you grow your zaibatsu, you'll increase your influence, striving for control and supremacy in this era of rapid industrialization. The game has gained worldwide recognition thanks to its wide variety of strategies and unusual mechanisms. It is still in the TOP-500 boardgamegeek.com rating, and in TOP-300 strategy games.
