Monster HR: Review: Economic Board Games

About Monster HR, from BoardGameGeek:

Monster HR is a humorous economic and strategy game in which monsters, tired of scaring people, aspire to join the workforce. Players act as HR agents, guiding various monsters toward fitting job positions like kindergarten teacher, florist, or public transport inspector. Each job demands specific traits, and monsters come with both strengths and quirks. Players draft monsters, manage hand of job offers, and use special powers to match the best fit-and sometimes outmaneuver opponents. Choosing which monster to hire where, dealing with mismatch penalties, and optimizing your portfolio of employees is key. Player powers are asymmetric, offering varied strategies. The goal is to maximize your reputation as the best monster placement agency by filling positions efficiently and strategically. Thematically rich and full of comedic charm, Monster HR blends light satire with meaningful decisions. -description from the publisher
