Magic: The Gathering - O Brother, Who Art Thou?

Description provided by Fishisforcat on YouTube:

Welcome to Fish is for Cat! We owned and played Magic: The Gathering a long time ago (2000ish). But sold our collection and stopped playing. Now over 20 years later we wanted to check out how Magic has changed and see what new cards and sets are out there. When we were out and about we found a popup store in a local shopping mall, selling boosters of 'older' sets. Naturally we were intrigued and decided to check a few of them out. So here we have 2 Draft-Booster of the Brother's War set (or Krieg der Brüder in German). As I collected and played back before the 2000s, I am familiar with a bit of Magic Lore and hearing Brothers the first two that came to my mind are Urza and Mishra. But as far as I know Urza's story ended with the Invasion set and Mishra died thousands of years before that during a war between those two… so is this set covering those past events? Or did something revive them and incited a new war? Guess it's time for a deep dive into the lore ;) Join us in finding out who those mysterious Brothers are! We only had 2 Draft Booster but still got 1 Mythic, Gatcha is still strong it seems ^^ ============================================================================== Like & Subscribe == https://www.youtube.com/@Fishisforcat?sub_confirmation=1 ============================================================================== Or check out our other https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLpYzGNh0cI_59X49LQO7FcXMwKdcr2fRH&si=vkmwSU65tp80YXDG ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Or out other AI playlists: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLpYzGNh0cI_6F7FXDrpXSMU9vxBLtQIsb&si=gvIvj-r1hKOSVFx6 https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLpYzGNh0cI_44O5ThAaQEXXB4t_RfhWdf&si=PggWCNh1L2uRNYIA https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLpYzGNh0cI_77GsYtS411UrrCQKW4mV1S&si=v7L95oVrcwQJN9y2 https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLpYzGNh0cI_5fBCqw3MYdokDndD_kUQ4j&si=bTEJVmAxkQvX1NwH ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ We release an unboxing and a matching song once a week, in between we put fun songs and stuff that happened during out gaming sessions!
