Watch “Kickstarter Lagniappe: Board Game Gumbo first look,” a board game video for Knitting Circle from Board Game Gumbo (Board Game Gumbo) on BoardGameVideo.
Description provided by Board Game Gumbo (Board Game Gumbo) on YouTube:
Flatout Games is back with another puzzle game! We are returning to the world of cats and colors from Calico, this time to the KNITTING CIRCLE. Combine a neat little rondel draft where players grab yarn tiles that match their knitting projects, and a simultaneous tableau builder to score points, bonus points, and bonus tiles, and throw in some beautiful artwork from the talented Beth Sobel, and you’ve got another hit.
It’s coming to Kickstarter this week: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/flatoutgames/knitting-circle
Plus, there’s a little bit of lagniappe. Not only does the rondel tiles work as a mini-expansion for Calico, but there are also some advanced point scoring cards that can really enhance the game.
Thanks for watching! Laissez les bon temps rouler!
** A prototype copy of the game was provided by the publisher. The prototype components and rules may change during the project. **
