I’d also love to hear your thoughts on today’s board game. In this video, I cover the board game, Cat Blues, originally known as Katzenjammer Blues. This is a card game crafted by the esteemed game designer Reiner Knizia, featuring stunning illustrations by Franz Vohwinkel. Originally published by Goldsieber Spiele in 1998, it quickly gained popularity, with Rio Grande Games releasing the English version the same year. A Japanese edition followed in 2013, and a Korean version was released by OPEN'N PLAY in 2019. This game accomadates 2-6 players, typically takes around 30 minutes to play, and is for ages 10 and over. I also included a 4-minute tutorial. I highlight the changes between the original and the new reimplemented version Cat Blues: The Big Gig as well.
