About Interregnum, from BoardGameGeek:

The death of a king without an heir begins a time of anarchy and power struggles. The powerful begin a race - the start of a new dynasty is at stake. In this fast and simple card game, each player gathers card subjects and sends them to one of his five fiefs. The serfs give their seniors access to their skills, as well as give them prestige and silver. After 12 short rounds, the holder of the most money and prestige wins. -description from the publisher
