Unboxing MetaZoo Cryptid Nation Theme Deck Dingbelle Ringleader (2021) Inside with João Ricardo Ep497 The Dingbelle Ringleader deck was one of the original five pre-constructed Theme Decks released alongside MetaZoo’s inaugural set, Cryptid Nation. As with all Theme Decks, it was sold individually in its own uniquely branded, celloprane-wrapped box as an accessible starter product for players, or alternatively in a complete set of all five Theme Decks, depending upon the store. Its box contained its titular ready-to-play 40-card deck, one duplicate holographic promo of its headliner Dingbelle Ringleader, one metallic coin featuring the same Beastie,[1] a copy of the Rulebook, a paper playmat that also doubled as a map of the Cryptid Nation, and one booster pack for the Cryptid Nation core set, of the same edition as the deck. The deck was one of those originally shipped to Kickstarter backers, and was later available alongside the set’s 1st and 2nd edition releases. Despite being from MetaZoo’s earliest set, the deck received several tie-in Pages in later sets, most specifically through the Christmas Promo Mini-Sets. Due to being a Cryptid Nation theme deck, however, the deck never received a specific Token Page for it, as it was made before Tokens were added into booster packs. As with all Theme Decks, following its release the deck’s titular promo beastie, Dingbelle Ring Leader, was added to the Reserved List. ================================================================ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/boardgames_tabletalks/ Mixing board games and card games to unlock interesting conversations over the game table.
