Welcome to Fun with Boxes, Episode 405: How to Play the Board Game Carnuta, designed by Yohan Goh, Hope S. Hwang and Gary Kim and published by Repos Production What is Carnuta? Welcome to the annual ceremony where druids from all over the world come together! We’ve chosen eight secret ingredients, and your mission in Carnuta is to mix them up just right and put together your runes to make a truly special potion. In Carnuta, the game unfolds over a series of turns. On your turn, you get to choose 2 actions from the 4 you have available—the same or different. The aim is to create a potion by playing cards in front of you. Each card has a point value based on the ingredients in your potion. The game wraps up when one player plays their 11th card. So, get creative with your ingredient combinations to score the most points and claim victory!
