How to Play Rock Paper Scissors War!

About Rock, Paper, Scissors, War!, from BoardGameGeek:

A combination of two childhood favorites with a twist. It combines Rock, Paper, Scissors with the classic card game of War. Each player draws four cards. At the count of three, both players lay down a card of their choice. The winner takes both cards and sets them aside. Then each player draws a new card from their deck, and the whole thing starts over again. •Rock beats scissors, scissors beats paper, and paper beats rock •Hero cards beat any non-Hero cards, but lose to their corresponding hero cards. ie: Rock Hero loses to Paper Hero, etc. •The Bomb beats everything (like the ace would when playing war)
