how to play Nuns on the Run (2nd Edition)

About Nuns on the Run (Second Edition), from BoardGameGeek:

Nuns on the Run is an exciting family game in which players can search or hide. In the dead of night, the novices sneak through the convent to fulfill their secret wish. However, they must be quiet, because they don't want to be caught by the strict nuns. Will you manage to outsmart the nuns or catch the escaped novices? Smart choices must be made, because the faster you run, the more noise you make. If you are caught by an alert nun, you will be sent back to your room without mercy and your search will start all over again. Will you manage to make your wish come true before the end of the night? Play as a nun to catch the novices,or try to avoid capture as a novice! Are you sly and silent enough to win? -description from the publisher (translated)
