Watch “How to Play HUMMINGBIRDS in 5 Minutes | Board Game Tutorial,” a how-to-play guide for Hummingbirds from Play The Game HQ on BoardGameVideo.
Description provided by Play The Game HQ on YouTube:
How good is your timing? You'll find out as soon as you start playing Hummingbirds! In a game of Hummingbirds you're searching for nectar in the form of finished sand timers hidden inside of flowers. During the game you can claim flowers by placing one of your hummingbirds, and on a later turn check that flower by using your magnetic hummingbird to lift the timer and see if it's finished. Finished timers score you points, and unfinished timers cost you! Will you be aggressive and risk the points to check more timers, or play it safe and be patient?

From the Publisher:
In Hummingbirds, you'll guide your birds to claim flowers that hide sand timers, then reveal those timers to check for nectar. If the sand timer has run out, collect a nectar token of the same color. The longer you wait, the sweeter the reward! But be careful: if the sand timer is still ticking when you check, you'll lose one of your lowest-value nectar tokens.
