How to Play Gridlock by Niche Nation Games

Each card in a deck has, on both sides, a letter in one corner, a different letter in the opposite corner, and from one to four small rectangles in the center. A 3X3 grid is created, and the remaining cards are dealt to the players, who keep them in stockpiles. Players simultaneously create words by moving from letter to letter and either orthogonally or diagonally across two to four cards. Players announce the words that they form, remove from the grid and capture any cards whose number of rectangles match the number of cards used in the word, and replenish the cards from their stockpiles. The game ends when all stockpiles are depleted. The person with the most rectangles on their captured cards is the winner.
