How Do I Rank AZUL?! Which One Is My Favorite: Azul, Stained Glass of Sintra, or Summer Pavilion?

Tabletop Tolson

Watch “How Do I Rank AZUL?! Which One Is My Favorite: Azul, Stained Glass of Sintra, or Summer Pavilion?,” a board game review on BoardGameVideo.

Description provided by Tabletop Tolson on YouTube:

I rank the abstract, tile-laying game Azul, Azul: Stained Glass of Sintra, and Azul: Summer Pavilion. Which one is my favorite and why? Each game offers an innovative and unique experience, so get ready to hear about all the fun elements each game brings to the table. On the flip side, there are some drawbacks to each game and I'll cover those as well. One Azul rises to the surface, though, and it might surprise you which one. Watch to find out! More Information: https://www.boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/230802/azul https://www.boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/256226/azul-stained-glass-sintra https://www.boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/287954/azul-summer-pavilion And don't forget to check out Azul: Crystal Mosaic. It's an expansion that adds overlays and challenging strategic boards for Azul. https://www.boardgamegeek.com/boardgameexpansion/294345/azul-crystal-mosaic Logo Credit: www.logomakr.com

About Azul: Stained Glass of Sintra, from BoardGameGeek:

Azul: Stained Glass of Sintra challenges players to carefully select glass panes to complete their windows while being careful not to damage or waste supplies in the process. The window panels are double-sided, providing players with a dynamic player board that affords nearly infinite variability! Gameplay is similar to Azul. Players draft colored glass tiles to their player board. Later in the round, players score points based on how they've placed their window pane pieces pieces. Extra points are scored for specific patterns and completing sets. There's also a new Colour Bonus mechanic at the end of every round for additional scoring strategy. The game will come to an end after 6 rounds. The player with the most points at the end of the game wins. Azul: Stained Glass of Sintra has new components including translucent window pane pieces, a tower to hold discarded glass panes, and double-sided player boards and window pane panels. -description from the publisher
