Holding On: The Troubled Life of Billy Kerr - Episode 1

Description provided by GMS Magazine - Role Playing Games on YouTube:

Holding On: The Troubled Life of Billy Kerr it’s a board game that wants to offer a unique premise and ethos: We have to gain the trust of a man who is dying. ¿Does it deliver what it promises? Holding On: The Troubled Life of Billy Kerr has been designed by Rory O’Connor and Michael Fox, from The Creativity Hub, the company that, for years, came up with dozen of Rory’s Story Cubes. And then they released other games that started to show a lot of potential… With Untold: Adventures Await, the company leapt into the world of roleplaying games with an offer like I haven’t seen before (and I tell you that I have seen plenty of RPGs) to the point that I consider it to be the best RPG to initiate children into the hobby and even better for families. If you haven’t heard about it yet, worth a look. And last year they released Holding On: The Troubled Life of Billy Kerr In this series of videos I want to show you what the game is about, how it plays, the components and what makes it unique. In this first video I want to show you what the components are like and also how to setup the game for playing. It is a very simple game that, although it has some slightly confusing rules, can be learned in a very short space of time and with a first mission that serves as tutorial, you are playing from the start, which always helps a lot.
