During their turn, players must perform these 3 actions in order: First, Tribute (optional) - deliver porcelain to officials to activate their card effects; Second, Recruitment (mandatory) - select and acquire 1 Escort card (higher-level Escorts require silver payment); Third, Escort Mission (mandatory) - move your Escort team the designated steps to trigger both location effects and card effects.
