About HAVOC, from BoardGameGeek:

HAVOC is a tactical card battler set in the perilous world of Port Terminus. In this game, you will compete against other players in one-on-one or two-on-two turn-based matches. Both players will deploy powerful combatants and utilize surreal alien technologies to gain the upper hand. The game is a battle of both resources and position, featuring a dynamic board controlled by Reactors which, upon activation, grant the ability to play devastating Biome cards. Embrace strategy and maximize the advantages of the unique 6x6 card placement and streamlined combat-movement systems, providing players with an extraordinary degree of freedom. Players construct their decks and battle for control of the field of play. Core set is for 1v1 play, Nyxwalker Set includes 1v1 and 2v2 play. -description from the publisher
