Watch “Hands-On: Payoff Pitch Baseball,” a board game review for Payoff Pitch Baseball from Al Wilson on BoardGameVideo.
Description provided by Al Wilson on YouTube:
A look at Payoff Pitch Baseball by Joe Bryan and published by PT Games.
CORRECTION: At the 12:00 mark I incorrectly determined the results of a possible double play. You don't add the DP ratings of the batter and pitcher together. Instead, you compare the 2d6 roll to both ratings individually to determine if the double play occurs. In this video, the DP ratings were 6 and 8, so the roll/FAC would have needed to be 6 or less for a DP. As the 2d6 result is greater than one of DP ratings in this example, it is a fielder's choice. If the 2d6 had been an 11 or 12, the batter would have been out at first and the runner would have advanced to second.
