Watch “Gwent: The Legendary Card Game — What’s Actually Inside?,” a board game unboxing for Gwent: The Legendary Card Game from One Last Hand on BoardGameVideo.
Description provided by One Last Hand on YouTube:
►Unboxing Gwent: The Legendary Card Game — the physical tabletop version of the beloved Witcher 3 mini-game. We look at the factions, leaders, card quality, the (controversial!) paper mat, score trackers, and how deckbuilding & rows work for quick 20-minute rounds.
Game facts: 1–5 players, ~20 minutes, age 14+; ~400+ cards across five factions (Northern Realms, Scoia’tael, Monsters, Skellige, Nilfgaard). A fold-out playmat is included; neoprene upgrades exist if you want a premium surface.

If you’re new to Gwent: build a deck, play one card per turn into melee/ranged/siege rows, manipulate weather and abilities, and win two of three rounds.
My take so far: Components look decent, prebuilt decks help you jump in, and I’m curious about the solo mode. Paper mat is a let-down at this price point, but it’s playable — and upgrade paths exist.
