-description from the publisher
GOLEN BAY is a pirate-themed board game where players use their characters' abilities to steal bombs and blow up treasure chests. Players compete to be the first to blow up all the treasure chests, making use of each character's unique skills and abilities.
"This is a game proudly created in Portugal and has been in development over the last two years so that all board game fans can finally have GOLEN BAY in their collection!", says the Golen Games team responsible for design, mechanics, and game production
GOLEN BAY is a turn-based pirates-themed tabletop game designed to provide instant gaming fun for 2 or 4 players. Inside the box are 50 cards with impeccably designed actions and characters, the game board, ten tokens, and a dice.
In a scenario with pirates assaulting GOLEN BAY and local inhabitants defending what is theirs, the objective is to make good use of the capabilities of the several cards to advance across the sand, throwing bombs and trying to blow up the chests that hold the opponent's treasures.
Whoever plays well and first manages to get their hands on five treasures is the big winner!
GOLEN BAY is a game for all ages, for the whole family, and stands out for being a fast-paced game, very easy to learn, and which still challenges us to create a strategy to achieve victory. Each session takes between 15 and 30 minutes, on average.
