GOLD OR DIE: Adventurers Wanted is a fantasy dungeon card game for 1-6 players. Adventurers enter dangerous caverns in search of Gold, facing enemies, obstacles, and a Dungeon Boss before reaching the Final Chamber.
Each player chooses a Hero and receives a dungeon route consisting of two Encounter cards, plus a Boss, and the Final Chamber. Players resolve rooms by following the instructions on the cards. Combat uses one six-sided die and weapon attack tables, with players choosing when to attack or use Items while tracking Health, Armor, and Gold. In multiplayer, players take turns resolving their current room completely before play passes to the next adventurer.
In solo play, survive every room with at least 1 Health to win; the Gold collected is your final score. In multiplayer, the surviving adventurer with the most Gold wins. A Hero whose Health remains at 0 or less after resolving all card effects is eliminated.
