Gloomhaven: Jaws of the Lion - First Impressions!

Description provided by Shelfside on YouTube:

With the four new classes: Demolitionist, Red Guard, Hatchet, and Voidwarden, Jaws of the Lion aims to be the premier introductory experience for newcomers to the world of gloomhaven, but with all this new content, it's like a whole new expansion for normal Gloomhaven players! While we haven't played through the entirety of the campaign, we've still been able to put in some sizable board gaming hours through remote play. So after finishing the first five tutorial scenarios as well as one side quest, we're here to give you our first impressions of Gloomhaven: Jaws of the Lion. Our party was comprised of three of our Gloomhaven regulars, coming from a background of Scoundrel, Cargheart, and Spellweaver, as well as one of our newcomer friends. We'd like to think that thanks to a combination of us being seasoned players, plus JotL's excellent tutorial, he was able to pick up on the game incredibly quickly, and by the time scenario 4 rolled around we were in the thick of combat with an incredibly smooth tabletop experience. With all that said in done, this video details our initial thoughts and impressions on Jaws of the Lion based on what we've seen so far. Thanks again to Price Johnson over at Cephalofair games, who was able to get us our copy of Gloomhaven: Jaws of the Lion a little earlier than usual!
