Description provided by Zilla Blitz on YouTube:

We show some gameplay and offer impressions of a prototype of Freezing Inferno, the new wargame (historical conflict simulation) from Princeps Games, and designed by Vukašin Nišavić, Janko Nišavić and Nenad Mirković. The game covers the Finnish USSR Winter War of 1939-1940 (Finland-Russia). I wondered if the range means that an air unit has to be able to get onto the target unit's hex. The developer replied that it does, so by the rules, the Russian fighters should not have been able to attack the Finnish infantry. This unboxing produced by Zilla Blitz.
