First Giants -- Unboxing and Overview of Gameplay

Board Game Gumbo (Board Game Gumbo)

Watch “First Giants -- Unboxing and Overview of Gameplay,” a board game unboxing for First Giants from Board Game Gumbo (Board Game Gumbo) on BoardGameVideo.

Description provided by Board Game Gumbo (Board Game Gumbo) on YouTube:

FIRST GIANTS is a brand new game from Brett Gilbert and Matthew Dunston that reimagines their beloved hit game ELYSIUM. The duo move the theme of greek gods into discovering dinosaurs, and streamline some of the mechanics of the original game. Space Cowboys published this new edition, and the box is smaller. Look out for our other video unboxing the promo pack called "Hobby Next" that some retailers offered when you purchased this game. If you're checking out FIRST GIANT's components, don't miss our upcoming full gameplay review! Subscribe so you don't miss it. ** We purchased this game from a FLGS in Dallas, Texas. ** Board Game Gumbo plays your games every TUESDAY on TWITCH! twitch.tv/boardgamegumbo @boardgamegumbo on Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Twitch, and Instagram www.boardgamegumbo.com ← our written reviews, news, and convention recaps

About First Giants, from BoardGameGeek:

Dive into First Giants, a race to create the most prestigious prehistorical animal exhibit! Build your engine by collecting cards with powerful effects OR score points by playing your cards in the exhibit area. But beware! Once displayed, you'll lose their beneficial effects. Timing is crucial to win! First Giants is a game of set collecting and combinations in which players recruit cards representing dinosaurs, flying reptiles, giant mammals… of various sizes. These cards have many different powers and you can create powerful combinations to earn amber, victory points and the ability to exhibit your fossils. -description from the publisher
