About Extremes Only, from BoardGameGeek:

In a world of opinions, only the extremes survive. Extremes Only is a party game for any group, from lifelong best friends to total strangers. One question, one Referee. Learn the Referee's taste and give them the answer they will love, or hate! No points for mediocre answers. Players take turns becoming the Referee. Each Referee's turn consists of three rounds. First, the Referee draws a card, chooses one of the questions, and reads it out loud. The rest of the players write their answers to the question and hand them in anonymously. The Referee then ranks them based solely on their personal preference. After the first round's result is revealed, the players write a second answer to the same question. The Referee then re-ranks all answers submitted from both the first and the second rounds. After the third and final round, the final ranking is decided, and points are awarded to the top three (best) and bottom three (worst) answers. For Strangers: It's an icebreaker that skips the small talk. You learn someone's specific tastes (e.g., "Oh, the Referee hates cilantro but loves 90s action movies") very quickly. For Friends: it becomes a test of "How well do you actually know me?" It creates those "How could you rank my answer that low?!" moments that drive the best party game memories. -description from the publisher
