Description provided by Fun With Boxes on YouTube:

Welcome to Fun with Boxes, Episode 229: Sea Salt and Paper’s second expansion: Extra Pepper! This wonderful expansion adds a small event deck to this brilliant small box card game. Each round, a new event card is drawn which adds a new game condition for all players. However, at the end of each round, this condition will be kept by the player with the highest or lowest score as indicated on the card. A really interesting catchup style mechanic that will really change and take your game up a level.
