In Excalibur, you'll spend the game trying to get your hands on the legendary sword and hold onto it long enough to claim the crown. Each round, you'll draw up to four chips from the three regions of Avalon, secretly building a hand of options before choosing one to reveal and resolve. The remaining chips stay hidden, creating plenty of opportunities for bluffing, misdirection, and second-guessing your opponents.
The chips themselves are inspired by Arthurian legends, giving you ways to steal, protect, move, or uncover Excalibur as it passes around the table. As the regions of Avalon slowly run dry, tension builds and suspicions rise. When a region is finally emptied, the game ends. If you're holding Excalibur, you win. If nobody is, everyone loses...
Question of the Day: What legendary sword would you want to get your hands on? What style of sword do you prefer to wield?
