Play as one of twelve unique asymmetric villains like The Joker, Harley Quinn, Mr. Freeze, and more in an effort to take control of Gotham City's districts. Make some cash, thwart Batman, and become the most infamous villain of them all. To do this, you have to plan out your moves and strategize, but you must also be adaptable; Gotham is in chaos, and your plans may not always go as intended!
