Enchanted Ivy and A Grand Birthday Expansion Unboxing

Description provided by ThisBoardGameLife on YouTube:

In this video, Mark unboxes Enchanted Ivy along with its Grand Birthday Expansion, both from Allplay. He walks through everything packed into this "small box big game," from the floral cloth bag and storybooks to the guest cards, tokens, keepsake garden board, sticker sheets, and mysterious sealed secret door sheets. Follow along as Mark carefully unpacks each component while avoiding any story spoilers, giving you a first look at what's inside. Enchanted Ivy is a solo game published by Allplay in 2026, designed by Sarah Joshua, that plays in about 15 minutes. You take on the role of Ivy, the new owner of a magical inn, building a bewitching B&B to suit your eccentric guests while cultivating the ivy covering your walls. Each turn you carefully place cards into a grid and assign guests, keeping their preferences in mind—things like "diagonally adjacent," "same row," or "surrounded"—to score them at the end of the game. A Story Mode lets you earn rewards by meeting point goals and completing unique challenges. 00:00 Intro 01:41 Opening The Box 02:06 Spoiler Warning 03:23 Storybook And Rulebook 05:08 Punching Components 06:20 Ivy Cards 08:53 Guest Cards 09:56 Birthday Expansion 10:24 Final Thoughts https://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/460716/enchanted-ivy
