Emerland is Better than Farshore and Silverfrost... and even Everdell!

Description provided by BoardGameDave on YouTube:

Hey there! Thank you so much for checking out this review of Everdell Emerland (not Emerald), the third game in the Edge of the Map series! After feeling disappointed with the lack of "newness" in both Farshore and Silverfrost, I was apprehensive about Emerland but as soon as I saw a draft of the rulebook I found myself very excited to try it out! Emerland offers the veteran Everdell player some fresh and much-needed ideas including double-sided cards, resource dice, a ruins track to explore, and Architect cards which are activated by tucking a card underneath them! These changes genuinely culminate in a game that feels new and interesting with lots to explore under the surface! ☺️ What do you think about Emerland after seeing some first impressions? Let me know in the comments down below! ⬇️ As always, a huge thank you goes out to the incredibly generous folks at @tabletoptycooninc who have been so kind with all of the Everdell games they've sent me over the years!
