About Elements: The Great Tournament, from BoardGameGeek:
Primordial Energy is the source of all existence, an ancient power that shapes society, technology, and even spirituality. That is the world our Ancestors left us, a world where only the most perceptive minds can channel this omnipresent force. Over time, different schools arose, each channeling this energy in a different way: alchemists, metamorphs, elementalists…
Once every five years, the floating city of Aeria hosts the “Great Tournament,” a highly anticipated event to crown the new Champion.
Take on the role of an apprentice of one of five prestigious schools and put your command of primordial energy to the test!
In Elements: The Great Tournament, dive into a dynamic and highly strategic deckbuilding 2.0 experience, for 1 to 5 players.
The essence of the game is rooted in a powerful mechanic: transmutation.
Use your cards for their instant effect or combine them to cast stronger spells. Every decision becomes a question of balancing immediate impact with long-term growth. A vibrant, strategic and truly unique deckbuilding experience.
All 5 schools (factions) feature a unique gameplay. Starting with the initial draft, shape your apprentice’s identity by preparing your synergies ahead of the first round.
In ELEMENTS, each game will be different: explore a universe brimming with tactical possibilities where every session will reveal new combos.
Faced with the unpredictable nature of the Grand Tournament, turn your adaptability to your advantage and let yourself be guided by the thrill of discovery.
Will you win the favor of the Grand Masters?
