About Duck, Duck, Llama!, from BoardGameGeek:
Duck, Duck, Llama! is an award-winning family-friendly card game about counting ducks, causing distractions, and calling your friends a llama.
You are a Llama pretending to be a Duck. Until recently, you spent your days blissfully unchallenged but a sudden surge of fluffy ducks has raised suspicions.
Duck, Duck, Llama! is not a bluffing game: it is a game of accusations, distractions, and survival. Outwit the other fakers to remain undetected or be forced to embrace your woolly nature.
Duck, Duck, Llama! is a bit like a game of "hot potato" with a mathematical twist. Players take turns playing cards to manipulate The Count-the total number of ducks in play. The tension rises with the number; your goal is to force the Count to 10 or above just in time for your opponent's turn.
How to Play:
Play a card to Increase or Decrease the Count, then draw a replacement.
If you start your turn and the Count is ten or above, you are Accused of being a llama!
To escape the accusation, you must drop the count below 10, Accuse someone else or cause a Distraction.
If you can't escape, you are revealed as a Llama! This ends a round of Duck, Duck, Llama!
In later rounds:
Llamas can win their Duck status back by successfully accusing others.
After three rounds, only the remaining Ducks are crowned winners.
