About Distop-IA, from BoardGameGeek:

Distop-IA is a card game set in a near-future dystopia where analog objects are banned. Players take on the role of smugglers trying to transport books, toys, or cassettes between districts and across the border, all while avoiding patrolling robotic guards. The game is played in alternating turns, with each player selecting one of their districts, gathering all its cards, and distributing them counterclockwise, as in a game of Mancala. Players must be strategic in how they sneak goods past the guards and into rival districts. Throughout the game, alarm cards with sirens may appear that move the guards, making smuggling even more challenging. The game ends when the deck runs out or a player has a guard in every district. At the end, players tally their points based on the valuable goods they've managed to keep and each guard eliminates one valuable card. The player with the most points wins. There's also an advanced mode that includes mission cards with point modifiers and other special cards.
