About Dice Colony, from BoardGameGeek:

The Year is 2112. Earth's resources are running out and your mission is to explore a planet to transform it into the new home of our species. Dice Colony is a roll & write style game in which you are going to be presented with many options. It is easy to understand, but only the player who plans and adapts best to unforeseen events will be the winner. Every turn 3 dice are drawn from the bag and each player chooses one to draw on their planet. The color of the die represents the type of resource and the number indicates the distance you have to draw it with respect to some space you have already filled on the map. You're going to have to think carefully about how to expand throughout the map, to earn more points than other players. Points are earned in a variety of ways: by forming groups, founding colonies, and completing objectives. You will also be able to collect energy, which will allow you to modify the value of a die in future turns, to reduce randomness and accommodate your plans. Explore, colonize and terraform a planet, discover its resources and solve the mishaps so that your planet becomes the future home of all mankind!
