Game Setting

Set within a dystopian surveillance state, players must first resist and sabotage, then ultimately overcome, the secret sovereign financial power of the United Kingdom: The City of London.
1. Obtain an encryption keyword
2. Bid for privacy contraband on the black market
3. Decrypt the item location
4. Retrieve the item while protecting your metadata
Master the use of pencil & paper encryption techniques such as the Playfair and Polyalphabetic shift ciphers.
By smuggling contraband via black markets and dead drops, you will slowly overthrow the surveillance state through encrypted Agorism.
