The deck consists of 3 suits numbered 1-10 and a Royalty card of each suit. Each player starts with a hand of cards, they take turns playing a card into the "trick", the highest card played wins the trick and a crown worth -2 points at the end of the round but in Court the lowest card played in the trick gets to trigger its card power. Winning tricks is powerful but sometimes you want to come in last to trigger that special power just at the right moment to swing the game. You have to watch out for the powerful royalty cards though, when played they not only win the trick but also get to use their power. ******************** Links: Head over to the Tabletop Bellhop blog where you'll find more tabletop gaming content, including game and game night advice, reviews, and more: https://tabletopbellhop.com Read Moe's written review of Court: https://tabletopbellhop.com/game-reviews/court/ Late Pledge for Court https://gamefound.com/projects/b5-productions/court ******************** Sign up for our newsletter: https://newsletter.tabletopbellhop.com Find us all over the web: Dice.camp: https://dice.camp/@TabletopBellhop/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/tabletopbellhop/ Twitter: https://twitter.com/tabletopbellhop Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/tabletopbellhop/ Twitch: https://twitch.tv/tabletopbellhop Discord: https://discord.tabletopbellhop.com
